Woodbridge-based Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center opened the Sentara Back and Neck Center in Woodbridge, Va., Sept. 18.
Here's what you should know:
1. The center offers minimally invasive surgeries and artificial disc replacements.
2. The center is staffed by Sentara orthopedic surgeons.
3. The center is working with pain management physicians and specialists to create all-encompassing care plans.
4. Orthopedic surgeon Paymaun Lotfi, MD, said in a release, "It's a more comprehensive approach to treating spinal issues. It's a team approach."
