Jackson Surgery Center (Montgomery, Ala.). The multispecialty surgery center includes six ORs and four endoscopy suites. Its physicians offer procedures in numerous specialties, such as orthopedics, ENT, urology, podiatry, gastroenterology and general surgery. The center encompasses 20,000 square feet. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Belleair Surgery Center (Clearwater, Fla.). The ASC includes four ORs and an endoscopy room. The center is accredited by AAAHC and certified by Medicare. Wanda L. Moratelli, CASC, serves as administrator.

UPMC Hamot Surgery Center (Erie, Pa.). The surgery center features six ORs, five procedure rooms and a GI endoscopy center. Established in 2001, the freestanding outpatient surgery center offers care in a number of specialties, including orthopedics, pain management, ENT, general surgery, gynecologic surgery, ophthalmology and gastroenterology.

Orthopedics & Sports Institute of the Fox Valley ASC (Appleton, Wis.). The Institute's surgery center is nearly complete with its fourth OR, which is slated to open in June 2016. OSIFV offers bundled pricing for all orthopedic and spine surgeries. The Institute includes nine physicians providing care for the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries.

West Lakes Surgery Center (Clive, Iowa). The ASC features seven ORs, two procedure rooms and two overnight recovery suites. The center was founded in 2007 as a joint venture between Mercy Medical Center-Des Moines and several area surgeons. The surgery center's physicians offer care in a wide-array of specialties, such as dermatology, endoscopy, ENT, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology and ophthalmology.

Creekside Surgery Center (Anchorage, Alaska). The ASC includes four operating rooms. The center opened to patients in 2010. The center's 19 physicians offer care in a number of specialties, such as orthopedics, ENT and spine.

Outpatient Services East Ambulatory Surgery Center (Birmingham, Ala.). The surgery center includes six ORs, six gastroenterology procedure suites, a cystoscopy suite and a stereotactic room. The ASC's physicians performed 15,870 procedures in 2015. The center offers procedures in numerous specialties, including general surgery, ENT, gynecology, orthopedics and gastroenterology. Debbie Cooner serves as administrator of the center.

Linden Surgical Center of Beverly Hills (Calif.). The ASC includes four operating rooms. It is accredited by AAAHC and offers surgical services in a wide array of specialties, including gastroenterology, orthopedics, ENT, general surgery and pain management.

Conroe (Texas) Surgery Center. Founded in 1984, the multispecialty surgery center has seven ORs. The 24,000-square-foot facility has earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for accreditation. The ASC offers surgical services in ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery, pain management and urology, among others.
 
Oil Center Surgical Plaza (Lafayette, La.). The surgery center features four OR suites, seven preoperative beds and 12 postoperative/recovery beds. It encompasses 12,656 square feet and offers procedures related to ophthalmology, ENT, plastic surgery and pain management. The center is part of Lafayette General Health and is co-owned by Lafayette General Medical Center and local physicians in Louisiana.

Mason City (Iowa) Surgery Center. The facility has four ORs and two procedure rooms. The AAAHC-accredited ASC is a partnership between the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City and ASC Physician Partners. It is partnered with Surgical Management Professionals. The center's physicians focus on procedures related to a number of specialties, such as plastic surgery, ENT, orthopedics, ophthalmology, urology and pain management.

First State Surgery Center (Newark, Del.). The multispecialty surgery center features four ORs. Its physicians performed more than 6,200 orthopedic, pain management, podiatric and spine procedures in 2015. The center was recently licensed as a 23-hour center and is preparing to establish a total joint program.

Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center (St. Charles, Ill.). The ASC includes seven ORs and one procedure room. The ASC was established in 1988 and includes Valley Medical Inn, a 72-hour stay post-surgical recovery center. The center offers care in a number of specialties such as ophthalmology, podiatry, gynecology, urology and pain management. In 2014, the center was the site of the first outpatient total hip replacement in the state.

Northwest Michigan Surgery Center (Traverse City). The ASC features eight ORs and four procedure rooms. It also includes three endoscopy rooms and one minor procedure room. Its physicians perform more than 20,000 cases per year. The 42,000-square-foot center opened in 2004 and includes 80 physicians. It offers surgical services in gastroenterology, ENT, urology and orthopedics, among other specialties.

Mississippi Valley Surgery Center (Davenport, Iowa). The multispecialty ASC has seven ORs. The center has also been performing outpatient total joint replacement and spine procedures for 10 years. Opened in 1996, the surgery center is accredited by AAAHC. Michael J. Patterson is president and CEO of Mississippi Valley Surgery Center and Mississippi Valley Endoscopy Center.

Fort Sutter Surgery Center (Sacramento, Calif.). The surgery center includes five ORs and four procedure rooms. Sacramento-based Sutter Health is general partner and majority owner of the center. The center is certified by CMS and accredited by AAAHC. Its physicians offer care in a wide array of specialties, including gastroenterology, general surgery, gynecology, ophthalmology and podiatry.
 
Hacienda Surgery Center (Pleasanton, Calif.). The five-OR ASC is an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International and is accredited by the AAAHC. The center offers treatments related to ENT, general surgery, gastroenterology, gynecology, neurosurgery, ophthalmology and orthopedics, among several others.

Seven Hills Surgery Center (Henderson, Nev.). The ASC includes five ORs and two procedure rooms. Opened in 2003, the center is certified by the CMS and accredited by The Joint Commission. The facility's service lines include orthopedics, plastic surgery, ENT, gastroenterology and general surgery. Bill McGory is the administrator of Seven Hills Surgery Center.

Raleigh (N.C.) Orthopaedic Surgery Center. The 27,707-square-foot ASC features four ORs and four procedure rooms. It also features seven preoperative bays, eight stage I recovery bays and nine stage II recovery bays. The center is accredited by AAAHC and offers surgical services in orthopedics and orthopedic subspecialties.

Physicians Outpatient Surgery Center (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.). The surgery center includes four active ORs. It is a physician-hospital joint venture between Holy Cross Hospital and 20 surgeons. It is accredited by The Joint Commission and offer care in numerous specialties, including ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain management, gynecology and urology.

Mission Surgery Center (Mission Viejo, Calif.). The ASC features five ORs and one treatment room. Accredited by the AAAHC, the center's physicians perform 4,500 surgeries annually. The center is a part of St. Joseph Health Mission Hospital.

Orthopaedic and Spine Center of Southern Colorado (Colorado Springs). The surgery center is a 30,000-square-foot facility with six outpatient operating rooms and nine private convalescent care suites. The facility opened in September 2014 and is a joint venture between local surgeons and Memorial Hospital. The facility is certified by Medicare and accredited by AAAHC. The center's surgeons focus on general orthopedics, sports medicine, hand and upper extremity surgery, foot and ankle surgery, joint reconstruction and spine surgery. The center also includes physiatrists specializing in the treatment of spine-related pain. The facility is managed by Pinnacle III.
 
Foothills Surgery Center (Boulder, Colo.). Opened in 2013, the center features four ORs and one procedure room. It is certified by Medicare and accredited by The Joint Commission. The facility is a joint venture with Boulder Community Health and local physician groups. Over 30 physicians provide specialized care in ENT, neurosurgery, general surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, podiatry, urology and pain management. The center is managed by Pinnacle III.  The facility is also a member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association and Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.

Princess Anne Ambulatory Surgery Center (Virginia Beach, Va.). The surgery center features four ORs. The center is a partnership between community surgeons and Charlottesville, Va.-based Sentara. The center's physicians provide care in a number of specialties, including ENT, urology, gynecology, orthopedics and plastic surgery.

Emerald Coast Surgery Center (Fort Walton Beach, Fla.). The ASC features five ORs, two GI suites and one mammography suite. It was opened in 1993, and it is certified by CMS and accredited by the AAAHC. The center is affiliated with White-Wilson Medical Center in Fort Walton Beach. The center offers surgical services in a wide-array of specialties, such as gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, vascular surgery and pain management.

New Albany (Ohio) Surgery Center. The 16,000-square-foot facility features four ORs with a plan to open a fifth one. The surgery center's physicians are focused solely on orthopedics procedures. The center is affiliated with Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio.

Covenant High Plains Surgery Center-Quaker Ave (Lubbock, Texas). The surgery center includes 11 ORs and three procedure rooms. Covenant High Plains Surgery Center includes two locations and a total of 41 physicians. The surgeons offer care in a number of specialties, such as general surgery, ENT, neurosurgery, dental surgery and orthopedics.

The Orthopaedic Institute's Orthopaedic Surgery Center (Gainesville, Fla.). The surgery center includes five ORs and 15 recovery bays. Opened in 2000, the ASC is Medicare-certified and AAAHC-accredited. It encompasses 16,500 square feet. Surgeons from the The Orthopaedic Institute use the center for outpatient procedures.

Surgery Center of the Rockies (Colorado Springs, Colo.). The ASC includes more than four ORs and offers care in a number of specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics and pain management. Rhonda Von Loh serves as administrator of the center and Suzanne Boulter is the director of nursing.

Paulsen Street Surgery Center (Savannah, Ga.). The surgery center features four ORs. The center offers a variety of outpatient orthopaedic surgical procedures. It is a Practice Partners in Healthcare facility.
