Advanced Endoscopy Center (Bronx, N.Y.). Fifteen physicians provide services at Advanced Endoscopy Center. The center solely offers endoscopic services, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmiodoscopy.

Advanced Endoscopy Center (Vancouver, Wash.). The two-room ASC is 100 percent focused on gastroenterology. The center includes three providers who have collectively performed more than 20,000 procedures. The center offers numerous services, such as colonoscopies, EGD, capsule endoscopy, non-surgical hemorrhoid banding and ERCP.  

Allegheny Regional Endoscopy (Altoona, Pa.). The single-specialty GI ASC opened in January 2006. Of the center's case mix, 60 percent are colonoscopies and 40 percent are esophagogastroduodenoscopies. The 6,470-square-foot center is AAAHC-accredited. Seven gastroenterologists practice at Allegheny Regional Endoscopy.
 
Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy (North Bergen, N.J.). Founded in 2006, the surgery center's 10 physicians have offered endoscopy services to more than 21,000 patients. The center holds two procedure suites as well as a four-bed preop area and a post-anesthesia recovery area. The ASC solely offers GI services, including colonoscopy, gastroscopy and endoscopic ultrasound.

Arkansas Surgery & Endoscopy Center (Pine Bluff). Syed A. Samad, MD, treats liver disease, abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, heartburn, swallowing difficulty and hemorrhoids at the ASC. He performs colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, video capsule endoscopy, ultrasounds, hydrogen breath tests and flexible sigmoidoscopy at the center.  
 
Augusta Endoscopy Center (Evans, Ga.). Augusta Endoscopy Center only offers GI services, including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, pH and motility testing, Capsule endoscopy and enteroscopy. Eleven physicians provide services at the ASC.  

Avamar Gastroenterology & Center for Endoscopy (Warren, Ohio). Avamar Gastroenterology & Center for Endoscopy is an ambulatory surgery center founded on Nov. 24, 1999, by GI physician Farid Naffah, MD. AAAHC accredited the center and Medicare has certified it. The case mix at Avamar Gastroenterology & Center for Endoscopy is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
AZ West Endoscopy Center (Phoenix). The free-standing, three-room, Medicare-certified ASC solely offers endoscopic services. Hector Rodriguez, MD; Patrick Lam, DO; Mansur Khan, MD; and Kandarp Patel, DO, founded the ASC. Matthew A. Willden is administrator and Dr. Rodriguez is medical director. The ASC partners with Physicians Endoscopy. The Joint Commission awarded AZ West Endoscopy the Gold Seal National Quality Accreditation.

Berks Center for Digestive Health (Wyomissing, Pa.). The ASC offers full service endoscopic procedures, and is staffed by Digestive Disease Associates physicians. The center's physicians perform more than 13,000 procedures annually. AAAHC has accredited the Berks Center for Digestive Health.

Burlington County Endoscopy Center (Lumberton, N.J.). Seven physicians provide GI services at the ASC. Procedures include colonoscopy, upper endoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy. AAAHC accredited the center and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy recognized the center for quality.

Carnegie Hill Endoscopy (N.Y.). The 15,000-sqaure-foot ASC opened in 2012. Carnegie Hill Endoscopy solely offers GI services, including colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and hemorrhoid treatment. Twenty-four physicians from 12 practices offer services at the center. It is the first private ASC to affiliate with a Federally Qualified Health Center to offer free colon cancer screenings to the uninsured. Carnegie Hill Endoscopy is EndoChoice's first internationally recognized Fuse Center of Excellence. The center partners with New York City-based Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Physicians Endoscopy. AAAHC accredited the center and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy recognized it for quality.

Central Arizona Endoscopy (Mesa, Ariz.). Four physicians provide GI services, including upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and hemorrhoid banding, at Central Arizona Endoscopy. The ASC has a 100 percent GI case load and is AAAHC accredited.

Dekalb Endoscopy Center (Decatur, Ga.). The three-suite surgery center uses Olympus endoscopy equipment. Equipped with nine recovery beds, the center offers colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy services. Dekalb Endoscopy Center is Medicare certified and AAAHC accredited.

DHA Endoscopy Center (Stoneham, Mass.). Opened in 2006, the surgery center physicians perform gastroscopy, sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy. Eight physicians serve at the ASC. DHA Endoscopy Center is Medicare certified and AAAHC accredited.

Digestive Disease Endoscopy Center (Normal, Ill.). Five physicians offer services at the ASC. The GI services include colonoscopy, ERCP, fecal blood occult test, lower GI series, flexible sigmoidoscopy, upper endoscopy, upper GI series, esophageal dilation, esophageal manometry, liver biopsy and hemorrhoid banding. The ASC is a joint venture between its investors and Advocate BroMenn Medical Center.

Digestive Health Center of Huntington (N.Y.). Digestive Health Center of Huntington is a certified ambulatory endoscopy center that opened in December 2002 by medical director Paul Bermansky, MD, and medical co-director Richard Fried, MD. The center is a two-room facility that performs 4,000 to 5,000 cases per year and continues to grow.
 
East Side Endoscopy and Pain Management Center (N.Y.). Opened in 2009 as an affiliate of New York City-based Mount Sinai Beth Israel, the ASC has a case mix of 99 percent GI and 1 percent pain. The 8,500-square-foot center holds four procedure rooms and a 14-bed recovery area. East Side Endoscopy and Pain Management Center participates in the GIQuIC registry, contributing quality data measurements. Twenty physicians provide services at the ASC, which is AAAHC-accredited.

Eastside Endoscopy Center (Bellevue and Issaquah, Wash.). Eastside Endoscopy Center has two locations, which were the first endoscopy centers in the area to utilize CO2 rather than room air for procedures. The centers offer upper endoscopy, colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy services. Overlake Internal Medicine Associates and Northwest Gastroenterology Associates physicians serve at the ASCs. Georgia Rees Luis, MD, and Robert Wohlman, MD, are the center's medical directors. AAAHC has accredited the centers.

Elgin (Ill.) Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center. One-hundred percent of the center's case mix is GI. The center is in partnership with Sherman Hospital, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital and Provena St. Joseph's Hospital. All of the board-certified surgeons are on staff at Elgin Gastroenterology Group. Elgin Gastroenterology Group is one of the Illinois Gastroenterology Group's founding members, and has provided specialty GI services since 1978. The center is affiliated with Physicians Endoscopy.

Endoscopy Center at Robinwood (Hagerstown, Md.). All of the center's cases are GI. The ASC opened in October 2002 and houses four procedure rooms. Providers at the center offer procedures such as colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. A Physicians Endoscopy affiliate, the center is AAAHC-accredited.

Endoscopy Center of Bucks County (Newtown, Pa.). In 1990, David Popper, MD, formed Bucks County Gastroenterology Associates. Endoscopy Center of Bucks County's case mix is 100 percent GI. An affiliate of Physicians Endoscopy, Endoscopy of Bucks offers endoscopies, colonoscopies and flexible sigmoidoscopies.

Endoscopy Center of Niagara (New York). All of the center's cases are GI. The center's surgeons offer endoscopic procedures including colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies and upper GI endoscopies. An affiliate of Gastroenterology Associates, Endoscopy Center of Niagara is comprised of 12 physicians. The center is affiliated with several hospitals including Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, Sisters of Charity Hospital, Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Niagara Falls Memorial Center. Endoscopy Center of Niagara is a Physicians Endoscopy center.

Endoscopy Center of Western Colorado (Grand Junction). The GI-focused center is a part of Gastroenterology Associates of Western Colorado. The center offers a wide-array of procedures, including video capsule endoscopy, colonoscopy and esophagogastroduodenoscopy. 

Garden State Endoscopy and Surgery Center (Kenilworth, N.J.). An affiliate of Physicians Endoscopy, all of the center's cases are GI. The center was opened in 2000 and aims to provide patients with quality care in a cost-effective manner. Ten physicians serve patients at Garden State Endoscopy and Surgery Center. The center is AAAHC-accredited.    

Greater Gaston Endoscopy Center (Gastonia, N.C.). In March 2010, gastroenterologists Sam Drake, MD; Bill Watkins, MD; Austin Osemeka, MD; and Neville Forbes, MD, began plans to open Greater Gaston Endoscopy Center. The center submitted their certificate-of-need application in October 2010 and received CON approval in January 2011. An affiliate of Physicians Endoscopy, all of the center's cases are GI-focused. In March 2015, the center obtained accreditation from the Joint Commission.

Greenwood (S.C.) Endoscopy Center. The center exclusively performs gastroenterology and endoscopy procedures. It is a part of the Greenwood, S.C.-based Digestive Disease Group physician practice. It is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.

Hudson Valley Center for Digestive Health (Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.). Hudson Valley Center for Digestive Health is a Physicians Endoscopy affiliate. The center is 100 percent focused on GI procedures. The center opened its doors to patients in July 2012, and is comprised of four gastroenterologists including Mitchell Josephs, MD; Herman Kleinbaum, MD; David Lin, MD; and Eric Teitel, MD. Hudson Valley Center for Digestive Health is Medicare certified and accredited by The Joint Commission.

Island Digestive Health Center (West Islip, N.Y.). Island Digestive Health Center's case mix is 100 percent GI. The center is affiliated with Physicians Endoscopy. The nearly 6,750-square-foot ASC houses three procedure rooms. In 2013, five GI physicians including Kourosh Adhami, MD; Neil Lobo, MD; James Kohlroser, DO; Babak Danesh, MD; and Krishnaiyer Subramani, MD, launched plans to build the center. The ASC is a joint venture between its physician investors and Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center. Island Digestive Health Center is  AAAHC-accredited and CMS-certified.

Kalamazoo Endo Center (Portage, Mich.). The single-specialty ASC exclusively provides patients GI procedures. Kalamazoo Endo Center's physicians include William F. Hanavan, MD; Ryan Wong, MD; Heidi S. Gjersoe, MD; William W. Webb, MD, PhD; and Christopher C. Radawski, MD. Bronson Gastroenterology of Portage Michigan physicians and Physicians Endoscopy jointly own the center, which opened in March 2006. The center is AAAHC-accredited.

Laredo (Texas) Digestive Health Center. A Physicians Endoscopy affiliate, Laredo Digestive Health Center is a single-specialty GI ASC. Surgeons at the center include Monte Allen, DO; Elsa Canales, MD; and Anthony Galan, MD. The center offers colonoscopies, upper endoscopies and flexible sigmoidoscopies, among others.

Lone Star Endoscopy (Keller, Texas). An affiliate of Physicians Endoscopy, Lone Star Endoscopy is comprised of nine physicians including James Cox, MD; Stephen Lacey, MD; Neil S. Mehta, MD; Timothy Ritter, MD; Jeffrey A. Smith, MD; David K. Spady, MD; Anita Steephen, MD; and James Weber, MD. Of the center's case mix, 100 percent are GI-focused. The center's gastroenterologist provides services including colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies and esophagogastroduodenoscopies.

Lone Star Endoscopy - Flower Mound (Texas). Lone Star Endoscopy - Flower Mound is affiliated with Physicians Endoscopy, Texas Digestive Disease Consultants, United Surgical Partners International and Baylor Scott & White Health. The 10,000-square-foot ASC is 100 percent GI-focused. The ASC serves patients in Dallas and Forth Worth.

Long Island Center for Digestive Health (Garden City, N.Y.). Long Island Center for Digestive Health is a non-hospital-based outpatient facility that provides endoscopic and colonoscopic services. LICDH is licensed by the New York State Department of Health, Medicare-certified and AAAHC-accredited. The case mix at LICDH is 100 percent GI-focused.

Menomonee Falls (Wis.) Ambulatory Surgery Center. The multispecialty ASC's case mix is approximately 65 percent GI-focused. The center's services include EGD and colonoscopies. The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care-accredited surgery center includes five operating rooms and four minor procedure rooms.

Michigan Endoscopy Center (Farmington Hills, Mich.). Michigan Endoscopy Center provides several gastroenterological procedures, including colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, polyps detection and removal, upper endoscopy, capsule endoscopy, esophageal dilation, Barrett's esophagus and HET hemorrhoid removal. The case mix at Michigan Endoscopy Center is 100 percent GI-focused.

Michigan Endoscopy Center at Providence Park (Novi, Mich.). Michigan Endoscopy Center at Providence Park began operations in 2014 with two surgical suites. The State of Michigan has licensed the facility and AAAHC has accredited the center. The case mix at Michigan Endoscopy Center at Providence Park is 100 percent GI-focused.

Mid-Bronx Endoscopy Center (Bronx, N.Y.). Mid-Bronx Endoscopy Center is an outpatient facility that was incorporated in 2014. The case mix at Mid-Bronx Endoscopy Center is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
Mississippi Valley Endoscopy Center (Davenport, Iowa). The Mississippi Valley Endoscopy Center is an outpatient surgery center where physicians diagnose and treat digestive system disorders. The physicians perform colonoscopy, colon cancer screening, upper digestive tract endoscopy, liver biopsy and ultrasound. The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program recognized the center in 2014 for its commitment to patient safety and quality in endoscopy.
 
New York Endoscopy Center & Digestive Disease and Nutrition Center of Westchester (White Plains, N.Y.). The New York Endoscopy Center & Digestive Disease and Nutrition Center of Westchester is an outpatient facility that performs endoscopic services including barium esophagram, colonoscopy, colorectal cancer screening, upper endoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, esophageal dilation, hydrogen breath test, lactose tolerance test and a weight loss program.
 
Northwest Endoscopy Center (Bellingham, Wash.). Northwest Endoscopy Center is an ambulatory surgical facility and the sister company of Northwest Gastroenterology, located in Bellingham, Wash. The procedures normally performed at Northwest Endoscopy Center are upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. The case mix at Northwest Endoscopy Center is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
Northwest Michigan Surgery Center (Park Forest). Each year, the center's surgeons perform more than 20,000 procedures. More than 50 percent of the center's cases are GI. Physicians at the 42,000-square-foot ASC have been providing services there since 2004. In addition to GI, the ASC offers orthopedic, plastic surgery, general surgery, ophthalmology, ear, nose & throat, podiatry, urology and gynecology.

Northern New Jersey Center for Advanced Endoscopy (Englewood Cliffs, N.J.). The Northern New Jersey Center for Advanced Endoscopy is an outpatient facility that provides services for numerous gastrointestinal and digestive system disorders. The case mix at Northern New Jersey Center for Advanced Endoscopy is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
Outpatient Services East Surgery Center (Birmingham, Ala.). Outpatient Services East Surgery Center is a multispecialty surgery center founded in 1985. The 32,000-square-foot, 90-person staffed facility has six operating rooms and nine procedure rooms. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations has accredited the center.  
 
Pend Oreille Surgery Center (Ponderay, Idaho). The physician-owned multispecialty center was 54 percent endoscopy cases in 2015. Two general surgeons, an internal medicine physician, an orthopedic surgeon and podiatrist are physician owners and provide services at the center. Pend Oreille Surgery Center opened in 2009 and is AAAHC-accredited and CMS-certified.

PGC Endoscopy Center for Excellence (Philadelphia). PGC Endoscopy Center for Excellence ambulatory surgical facility of the Philadelphia-based, GI-focused physician group Philadelphia Gastroenterology Consultants. PGC Endoscopy Center performs diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. The case mix at PGC Endoscopy Center for Excellence is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
Piedmont Healthcare Endoscopy Center (Statesville, N.C.). The ASC exclusively offers gastroenterology and endoscopy services, including EGD, colonoscopies, flex sigmoidoscopies and gastric balloon placement, among others. The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care has accredited the center and it is Medicare-certified. The center, a part of Statesville-based Piedmont HealthCare, includes four physician providers.

Princeton (N.J.) Endoscopy Center. The single-specialty surgery center offers only gastroenterology procedures. The facility features two procedure rooms and six full-time physicians on staff. Physicians perform more than 4,200 procedures per year, including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care-accredited ASC is a joint venture between Princeton (N.J.) Gastroenterology Associates, University Medical Center at Princeton in Plainsboro, N.J., and Brentwood, Tenn.-based Surgical Health Group.

Salem (Ore.) Endoscopy Center. The surgery center is 100 percent focused on gastroenterology procedures, including colonoscopies, hemorrhoid banding and upper endoscopy. Accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and Medicare-certified, the center includes nine physicians and is the sister company of Salem Gastro.

Skyline Endoscopy Center (Loveland, Colo.). Skyline Endoscopy Center opened in December 2004 as a licensed ambulatory surgery center specializing in endoscopic procedures, primarily colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. The center has four physicians, all board-certified gastroenterologists, who perform an average of 400 cases per month. AAAHC accredited the facility and Medicare has certified it. Pinnacle III  manages the center. The case mix at Skyline Endoscopy Center is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
South Broward Endoscopy (Cooper City, Fla.). South Broward Endoscopy is an AAAHC-accredited non-hospital-based outpatient center that provides numerous endoscopic services. The case mix at South Broward Endoscopy is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
SurgCenter of Western Maryland (Cumberland). Established in 2011, SurgCenter of Western Maryland's caseload has more than 50 percent GI/endoscopy. The ASC also offers ENT, general surgery, orthopedics and pain management services. Two gastroenterologists serve at the center. The center is AAAHC-accredited.

The Endoscopy Center at Bainbridge (Chagrin Falls, Ohio). The Endoscopy Center at Bainbridge is a non-hospital-based outpatient center that provides numerous endoscopic services. The case mix at The Endoscopy Center at Bainbridge is 100 percent GI-focused.

The Endoscopy Center of West Central Ohio (Lima). The Endoscopy Center of West Central Ohio has been designated as a quality facility by the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit Recognition Program. Common conditions treated at the center include esophagitis, peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, colon polyps and colon cancer. The case mix at The Endoscopy Center of West Central Ohio is 100 percent GI-focused.

University Suburban Endoscopy Center (South Euclid, Ohio). University Suburban Endoscopy Center is a privately-owned, non-hospital based center that offers endoscopic services such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, endoscopic polypectomy and biopsy, esophageal diltation and hemorroidal ligation. The American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy recognized the center. The ASC is an affiliate of Cleveland-based University Hospitals Case Medical Center. The case mix at University Suburban Endoscopy Center is 100 percent GI-focused.
 
Queens Endoscopy ASC (Fresh Meadows, N.Y.). All of the center's cases are GI-focused. Queens Endoscopy ASC is equipped with five rooms, and the center's 11 physicians perform nearly 13,500 procedures each year including colonoscopies, polyps, flexible sigmoidoscopies and esophageal testing, among several others.
