The regional vice president for the East for our company would manage the profit and loss statement and do marketing for our six centers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and any new centers it we develop. The regional vice president for the East would also be responsible for:
* Handling physician recruiting and marketing activities to add the same-store growth of each center.
* Handling all the personnel hiring, evaluations, and coordinate with our outsourced payroll service on all human resource functions for personal and all the centers in particular the managers and business office managers of those centers.
* Preparing monthly financial statistical reports in coordination with the business office managers and nurse administrators of each center on a monthly basis. In doing so they will coordinate with the vice president of business operations for the East, Ms. Opal Tobitt.
* Attending all board meetings for each of our centers on a quarterly basis and visiting the centers periodically throughout the year.
* Focusing on physician relations with existing positions as well as new physicians and help install new programs that the corporation identifies with their local management counterparts to add revenue and profit to each center.
* Participating in ASD Management corporate meetings as well as provide some lectures and marketing activities in your area to promote the company.
* Will be responsible for assuring that each of the centers adhere to all the ASD Management policies and procedures, all statutory and Medicare regulations as well as accreditation standards and quality standards and each center.
