One Scottsdale (Ariz.) Surgery Center has purchased three lots for $2.1 million, Peoria Times reported Nov. 22.
The 63,1620-square-foot space will house a medical office building.
Matt Leanord of real estate firm LevRose represented the buyer. The seller was One Scottsdale Core.
