Italian pharmaceutical company producing free disinfectant gel

Italian pharmaceutical company Menarini Group is changing half of its plant to produce disinfectant gel it will donate to hospitals and healthcare organizations.

What you should know:

1. Menarini will distribute the gel to Italy's national Civil Protection Department, which will disperse it to hospitals and healthcare organizations.

2. The company plans to produce five tons of disinfectant on a weekly basis.

3. Menarini is a pharmaceutical company that specializes in cardiology pulmonology, infectious diseases, diabetes, gastroenterology and anti-inflammatory/analgesic products.
