Children's North Surgery Center (Broomfield, Colo.). The surgery center, which is affiliated with Pinnacle III, has had a pediatrics program since 2009. Twenty-two percent of its volume is dedicated to orthopedics. The center is a partnership between community physicians, University Physicians and Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora. It includes four operating rooms and more than 50 physicians focusing on a number of specialties, such as orthopedics, general surgery, urology, ENT, dental and gastroenterology. The center is accredited by The Joint Commission's Ambulatory Care Accreditation Program
Erie (Pa.) Ambulatory Surgery Center and Outpatient Specialty Center. The surgery center focuses on providing care to pediatric patients with orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal disorders and diseases. The center also offers additional services, such as rehabilitation, pediatric spine care and vision therapy. Pediatric orthopedic surgeon James Roach, MD, serves as medical director of the center, which also includes 15 other physicians.
Montgomery County Outpatient Center (Rockville, Md.). The surgery center, a part of Washington, D.C.-based Children's National Health System, offers orthopedic and sports medicine services and guarantees pediatric anesthesiologists for all procedures. Additionally, it offers pediatric rehabilitation medicine services as well as the services of nurses from Children's National. It includes two operating rooms and also offers services in ENT, gastroenterology, neurosurgery and ophthalmology, among other specialties.
Texas Pediatric Surgery Center (North Richland Hills). The surgery center offers both pediatric and orthopedic services for patients between the ages of three months and 21 years. It is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and certified by CMS. It also offers services in numerous other specialties, including ENT, general surgery, podiatry and dental surgery.
