Tarrytown, N.Y.-based ENT and Allergy Associates signed a 15-year lease for a new clinic in Lake Success, N.Y.
The practice signed the tenancy agreement for the 8,300-square-foot facility with the We're Group, according to a Nov. 25 press release. It's planned to open in summer 2021.
The facility will include 11 exam rooms, two audiology booths and a hearing aid dispensary.
"We have been searching for the ideal location and space in Lake Success for quite some time," Robert Glazer, CEO of ENTA said in the statement. "We take great pride and responsibility in being able to provide its residents, and the greater Nassau County, with the very best ENT and allergy care possible. This beautiful, new facility will enable ENTA to continue doing just that in 2021 and beyond."
