EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, a specialty biopharmaceutical company, has appointed Wendy DiCicco to the company's audit committee and board of directors.
Ms. DiCicco will support the company's efforts to launch its ophthalmic products. Previously, Ms. DiCicco was chief operating and financial officer of Centinel Spine, a distributor of spinal implants.
She also serves on the board of directors for Carmell Therapeutics, a biotechnology company. Ms. DiCicco is a board leadership and corporate governance fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
