NAPA helps deliver 34 ventilators to New York providers

Melville, N.Y.-based North American Partners in Anesthesia helped bring ventilators to New York providers through a partnership with Air Methods, according to an April 15 announcement.

Air Methods, which operates more than 300 air medical bases in 48 states, collected 34 spare portable critical care ventilators and shipped them to New York. From there, NAPA delivered the ventilators to a New York health system.

NAPA and Air Methods plan to coordinate the delivery of these ventilators to other parts of the country, if necessary.
