Three things to consider:
1. The payer mix at an additional venue should provide a better yield-per-unit than the overall average yield for the rest of the practice.
2. Surgical volumes should be sufficient and consistent to justify additional manpower.
3. Not all ASCs survive; critically evaluate trends and future forecasts.
