The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care is offering more educational resources for organizations seeking accreditation.
In addition to its newly introduced learning management system, 1095 Learn, the association's two achieving accreditation conferences, led by the organization's surveyors, will offer insights to groups seeking or maintaining accreditation. The conferences are scheduled for Sept. 20-24 in Arlington, Va., and Dec. 6-7 in Las Vegas.
Day one of the conference will focus on accreditation standards and quality improvement programs, and day two will be centered on accreditation standards and sessions touching on infection prevention, risk assessments and more.
"Organizations seeking to be recognized for excellence in the healthcare services they provide, or simply looking to brush up on their understanding of the AAAHC quality standards, should consider attending to gain access to valuable accreditation tools and resources, and to network with and learn from peers," said Hallie Brewer, senior vice president of learning and development for the association.
