The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care accredited Vero Beach, Fla.-based New Vision Surgical Center, TC Palm reports. Here are three notes.
1. The newly accredited facility is part of New Vision Eye Center, which specializes in cataract surgery, dry eyes, low vision, Lasik, macular degeneration and general ophthalmology.
2. New Vision Surgical Center occupies more than 7,000 square feet at the New Vision Eye Center facility.
3. The surgery center's services include cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation, glaucoma filtering procedures, laser surgery and functional and cosmetic eyelid surgery.
