First Surgical Partners, which provides non-emergency services through two ambulatory surgery centers and a general acute-care hospital, has announced its financial results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2011, according to a MarketWatch report.
Revenues for the three months ended Sept. 30 were $13.8 million, an increase of 43.9 percent from $9.6 million in the third quarter of 2010. Total cases increased to 1,698 for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2011, as compared to 1,484 for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2010.
Net income was $1.8 million, an increase of 77.1 percent from $1 million in the third quarter of 2010. Net margin improved 23.4 percent, from 10.7 percent in the third quarter of 2010 to 13.2 percent in the third quarter of 2011.
