SourceMedical has announced the launching of Revenue Cycle Solutions, a newly formed business unit of the company, and organizational changes following SourceMedical's acquisition of Serbin Surgery Center Billing late last year.
Scott Stone, SourceMedical's former CFO, will now serve as president and COO of Revenue Cycle Solutions. Mr. Stone will assume full responsibility for all aspects of the new business unit.
Caryl Serbin, founder and previous CEO of Serbin Surgery Center Billing, will serve as executive vice president and chief strategy officer reporting, assuming full responsibility for all corporate development activity, including identification of appropriate strategic alliances and acquisitions.
Kim Fieldbinder, CPA, who most recently serve as VP and controller, will serve as executive vice president and CFO.
Ken Morton, who previously served as director of finance, is promoted to VP and controller, and Diana Henze, who was previously a business operations analysts, is promoted to director of finance
"The over-riding objective of these changes is to strengthen all elements of the organization to provide even greater value to our customers, leveraging the human capital and industry expertise of the entire team," said Larry McTavish, CEO of SourceMedical, in a news release. "It also positions Source Medical to continue to expand the services offered to our customers."
