1. The workshops are intended to help healthcare institutions become high reliability organizations, which uphold high quality and safety levels over long periods of time with no adverse occurrences.

2. HRO experts from Huron and Studer Group will lead the workshops, which will cover topics including highly reliable leadership, patient safety, cultural transformation and change management. Huron acquired Studer Group in 2015.

3. The first workshop in the series will take place April 11 in Minneapolis, Minn. Registration costs $499.

4. The April workshop is designed for chief experience officers, COOs, CFOs, innovation and strategy leaders and quality and safety leaders.

5. The Joint Commission Center for Transforming Healthcare is a nonprofit affiliate of The Joint Commission. Its efforts to promote zero harm include the development of the Oro 2.0 High Reliability Self-Assessment web-based tool.

6.
