Wolters Kluwer Health has announced Oklahoma Surgicare in Oklahoma City has selected its ProVation MD software for gastroenterology procedure documentation and coding.
ProVation MD, which is available for a full range of specialties, replaces dictation and transcription and allows physicians to document procedures at the point of care, according to a company news release.
"Oklahoma Surgicare is dedicated to providing high quality, cost-effective outpatient and short stay surgery in a friendly, patient-oriented environment," said Arvind Subramanian, president and CEO, Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Solutions, in the release. "We are pleased that they have selected ProVation MD for GI to further this mission and provide streamlined documentation and coding at the point of care."
Oklahoma Surgicare is a seven-bed ASC performing a wide range of surgical procedures including ENT, gynecology, ophthalmology, oral surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, podiatry and urology.
