QSE Technologies, an information technology general contractor, has announced the launching of its new SmartMonitor service, which provides ongoing monitoring of key server operations and processes, on a 15-minute interval, for all covered servers.
"In combination with QSE's SmartCheck process, which has been offered for several years, this provides business clients with the best of both worlds — a weekly set of actual 'eyes and ears' logging into each covered server system by one of our engineers, coupled with 'heartbeat'-style monitoring of key server systems and processes every 15 minutes," according to the company.
