Here are three ASC and medical office building transactions that occurred in Texas, as reported by Becker's since Jan. 22:
1. A 14,000-square-foot ASC in Sugar Land, Texas, was sold by SNA Medical Center to an undisclosed buyer.
2. A 5,883-square-foot medical office building in the Dallas suburb of Allen, Texas, was purchased by an entity doing business as 107 Suncreek for an undisclosed price.
3. Surgery Ventures, HCA Healthcare's ASC business, acquired a majority interest in Anna-based Medical City Surgery Center of North Texas and Allen (Texas) Surgery Center. Both ASCs are now affiliated with Medical City Healthcare, which is part of HCA Healthcare. The centers will be renamed to Medical City Surgery Center of North Texas and Medical City Surgery Center Allen (Texas), respectively.
