A 72,000-square-foot medical office building in Naperville, Ill., has sold for $28 million, according to a Sept. 10 report from IPE Real Assets.
The building was acquired by MCB Science + Health's property arm and was sold by DynaCom Management.
The four-story asset was 96% occupied at the time of sale and is currently anchored by Endeavor Health.
