HealthCare Appraisers and the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association collected data from 26 respondents, including ASC management companies, investment bankers and business brokers.

Twenty-one to 30: 7 percent
Thirty-one to 40: 0 percent
Forty-one to 50: 3 percent
More than 51: 30 percent
