Medscape fielded responses from 3,545 APRNs to compile its report, including 2,001 nurse practitioners, 460 certified registered nurse anesthetists, 626 clinical nurse specialists and 458 nurse midwives.

2. Psychiatric mental health: $114,000
3. Adult gerontology primary care: $111,000
4. Family nurse practitioner: $107,00
