Jay Ludescher, chief information officer at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center, was recently promoted to lieutenant colonel in the Air Force, according to a Post Bulletin report.
Mr. Ludescher supports 4,500 staff members and manages 125 flight personnel in his role at Wilford Hall ASC. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1997 with a bachelor of science degree in healthcare management.
