Private equity firm Partners Group has acquired a 200-location dermatology practice from Omers Private Equity, Partners said Feb. 10.
The company, Manitowoc, Wis.-based Forefront Dermatology, includes more than 400 board-certified dermatologists, physician assistants and nurse practitioners in 22 states.
Forefront's physician partners and executive team will remain significant shareholders, according to a Feb. 10 news release from Partners Group.
