Devicemaker InnAVasc medical was acquired by W.L. Gore & Associates, maker of Gore-Tex, WRAL reported Aug. 18.
Gore will take ownership of InnAVasc's arteriovenous graft, the report said. InnAVasc CEO Joseph Knight, PhD, told WRAL that the company sees "an array of synergies working with Gore."
Financial terms were not disclosed.
