Amerinet, a national healthcare group purchasing organization, has announced it has signed an agreement with Cook Medical, a subsidiary of the Cook Group, which manufactures more than 50,000 individual healthcare products sold worldwide, for catheter-based therapeutic products and services.
The contract offers savings to Amerinet members on Cook Medical's peripherally-inserted central catheter (PICC) lines, according to an Amerinet news release. Products available include Spectrum sets and trays, an antibiotic-impregnated PICC.
The agreement went into effect May 1 and goes through April 30, 2014.
