Olympus Displays Technology at U.S. and Canadian Academy of Pathology Annual Meeting

Olympus, an imaging technology company, recently attended the U.S. and Canadian Academy of Pathology annual meeting in San Antonio to show its microscopes and two new virtual slide systems, according to a company news release.

The systems on display include advanced tools that can be used within research and education, such as the VS800 and VS110-Fluorescence virtual slide systems. The company also demonstrated the ENDOALPHA systems integration solution, an advanced suite designed to help improve efficiency and workflow. Finally, the company displayed a new line of BX3 microscopes for pathologists.

Olympus also pledged to donate a dollar for each of the first 50,000 people who took the screening pledge for colorectal cancer to leading CRC advocacy and awareness organizations.
