Cleveland Clinic Children’s held a ribbon-cutting for a new medical office building in Akron, Ohio. 

A Dignity Health medical office building and ASC in Folsom, Calif., that was first announced in 2020 has found a developer for the project, according to a Sept. 12 report from ABC affiliate KXTV. 

The University of Louisville (Ky.) – South Hospital in Bullitt County plans to open a new outpatient center, reported WLKY Sept. 10. 

An $8 million ASC is coming to Vestavia Hills, Ala., according to a Sept. 8 report from the Birmingham Business Journal.

A 42,000-square-foot medical office building has been completed in Las Vegas, according to a Sept. 9 report from REBusiness Online.

The St. Cloud (Minn.) City Council is considering whether to issue $332 million in bonds to support expansions at CentraCare, radio station KNSI reported Sept. 6.

Anderson Healthcare has broken ground on a $3.5 million medical office building in Collinsville, Ill., according to a Sept. 4 report from The Edwardsville Intelligencer.

Coral Gables, Fla.-based Baptist Health Foundation received a $2 million donation from MG Developer, reported South Florida Hospital News and Healthcare Report Sept. 4. 

Texas has remained a popular choice for leaders breaking into the outpatient surgery market, with several new facilities in development and opened in 2024.

Jacksonville, Fla.-based multispecialty healthcare practice Well&You plans to add three new medical facilities in Florida, including two new ASCs, according to a Sept. 3 report from the Jacksonville Business Journal.
